Agreement versions and negotiation

Both parties see and accept the exact same terms before the payer can fund escrow.

Immutable versions

The payer proposes terms. The provider accepts or requests changes. Each counterproposal creates a new version, and both parties must accept its agreement hash.

Milestone settlement

The total is funded once. Each milestone has its own amount, evidence, review, and release or refund outcome on Arc.
