Agreement and milestone
An agreement is the final version accepted by both parties. A milestone is one independently verifiable and settleable part of that agreement.
Evidence and evaluation
Evidence is the private proof submitted for completed work. An evaluator checks it against the accepted terms and recommends release, revision, refund, or human review.
Trust and settlement
Trust records are derived from reproducible work outcomes. Settlement is complete only after the corresponding Arc event confirms the USDC movement.
